16. REFURN POLICY
16.1. Refund Conditions
Request Deadline:
- Submit a refund request to HeyJapan within 03 days (72 hours) from the time of activation.
- After 03 days (after 72 hours) from the time of activation, refunds are not supported.
Refundable cases:
- The App has a technical error that cannot be resolved within 07 working days.
- The customer accidentally purchases the same service package twice or more.
- Customers transfer payment with an amount exceeding the value of the service package.
Cases that are not eligible for a refund:
- Customers change their minds and do not want to continue using the App.
- Customers make a wrong purchase (We consider that making a purchase and performing the payment confirmation steps in turn is not considered a wrong purchase).
- Customers submit a refund request after 03 days (72 hours) from the time of App Activation.
- Other unreasonable refund reasons.
16.2. Refund processing and refund fees
Customers purchasing via IAP:
- For customers purchasing via Google Play:
Customers are determined to meet all conditions for refunds, and are supported to refund 100% of the purchased package value.
- For customers purchasing via Appstore:
Customers are determined to meet all conditions for refunds, and are supported to refunds, the amount the customer receives is the amount after deducting contractor tax. (Contractor tax at the time of promulgation of this regulation is 15%)
